Château Mont-Redon owns approximately 25 hectares within the appellation, with vineyards situated around Orange and Roquemaure on stony limestone-clay plains. Part of the vineyard lies near Lirac and Tavel on a plateau of rolled pebbles, while another section is located close to the north-western boundary of Châteauneuf-du-Pape on Urgonian limestone soils. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe grapes are completely destemmed before undergoing approximately 15 days of skin contact, developing colour, structure and a defined tannic framework.
