The 2025 growing season delivered excellent fruit quality despite challenging weather conditions, resulting in a wine of purity, concentration and balance. Following harvest, the grapes were gently pressed and settled before fermentation in a combination of stainless steel tanks and large oak barrels, with approximately 25% undergoing natural fermentation in oak.
