Sourced from hillside vineyards rooted in volcanic basalt soils, the wine reflects the unique geological character that defines this part of Veneto. The 2024 vintage captures a balanced growing season, allowing for the development of aromatic clarity while preserving freshness and natural acidity. Suavia’s winemaking philosophy is centred on minimal intervention, with stainless steel fermentation used to retain purity of fruit and highlight the intrinsic qualities of Garganega.

In the glass, the wine shows a clean and composed profile, where citrus and orchard fruit are interwoven with a distinctive mineral edge. There is a quiet depth beneath its freshness, with subtle texture adding dimension to the palate. The wine’s structure is defined by tension and finesse rather than weight, making it both refreshing and quietly complex. It is a style that speaks clearly of its origin, offering elegance and drinkability in equal measure. With its balance of purity, minerality and precision, this is a benchmark example of modern Soave Classico.

Tasting Notes
NOSE
– Fresh and mineral
Aromas of white peach, pear and lemon zest, layered with notes of almond, chamomile and wet stone.

PALATE
– Crisp and refined
Light to medium-bodied with bright acidity, showing flavours of citrus, green apple and stone fruit, supported by a fine mineral backbone.

FINISH
– Clean and lingering
A persistent finish marked by saline notes, subtle bitterness of almond and a fresh citrus lift.

Finer Details:
Style – White Wine
Varietal – Garganega
Country – Italy
Region – Veneto (Soave Classico)
Vintage – 2024
Bottle Size – 750ml
ABV – 12%
Other – Volcanic Soils, Stainless Steel Fermentation

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0043/9258/3217/collections/italy-vineyard_ad610b0f-8210-4f71-954b-c2ee20064327.png?v=1787122319
