Sobah is Australia’s first non-alcoholic craft beer company, proudly Aboriginal founded and led by husband-wife team Clinton & Lozen Schultz. Born out of a desire to create grown up interesting drinks without alcohol, the Sobah range uses native Australian ingredients such as pepperberry, finger lime, boab nut & lemon aspen to create drinks of real interest and character.

The distinctive hoppy, citrusy characteristics of pale ales are amplified in an India Pale Ale (IPA). This bold brew has an extra ‘hot and spicy’ kick from the infusion of the fruit of the Australian Native Pepperberry tree, a plant naturally occurring in the cold high country of Southern NSW, Victoria and Tasmania.
